Hi Jjamie,

I'm glad that my experience helps. I've noticed that about vegetable puree as well, the other thing that I've learned and maybe you could verify is that chewing the veggies works even better than a puree.

I'm not sure why but when I use a blender the benefits are halved, helps though compared to not chewing, but man the energy increase from veggies I spend time crunching on is huge, must help my teeth too.
