That's great.

I think I have that problem.

When i make a vegetable soup puree and eat that my energy increases and it just digests really easily and gives me fuel.

I steam veggie, and let the blender do the chewing and i just eat it like soup.

I need to chew my food into A PUREEE BEFORE I SWALLOW
