Hi, this is my 3rd master cleanse, and I am not feeling as excited and as motivated as the last two, but still really want to do it. One of my very close friends died a week ago, age 30, after a fire in her appartment building, so I guess I'm feeling very sad. She was a week in hospital b4 being pronounced dead, and then we waked her for a week. My diet and sleeping habits were terrible for the couple of weeks, and the last week was pretty much spent in the pub with friends and family. I just want to cleanse out my body, and hoping by feeling better physically I can do so mentally. So day one tomorrow, looking for all the support I can get, this forum has always been a motivator to do the cleanse, lets hope it gets me through this one..
