I cannot believe how much mucus I have expelled from my nether region, but it seems to be doing the trick! I feel hyper aware and totally awake. My skin has softened (was dry and scaly), my back feels alright (I was recovering from a pinched nerve and all the drugs that came with it), and I feel clean clean clean!! My reflexes are sharp and I am able to exercise again!

It's funny, my best friend has always said to me when I reached for that cheesy pasta "don't you feel awful when you eat that? Don't you want to feel clean?". I thought "I feel alright...no different from before"...now I realize that it's really that I haven't known what clean feels like in a long time! It feels great!

I have to say, though, cookbooks have become my new p 0 r n. Mmmmmm.

On to the next day!
