I love Coconut Oil but people with certain health conditions should know all the facts. I was concerned about taking coconut oil because of the stimulate effect, since I have anxiety attacks and high blood pressure.

Am not saying this is true, but I did find my blood pressure rose a little with use of coconut oil.

Found this on the web: If are under treatment for hypertension (high blood pressure), you should use coconut oil sparingly -- and you may want to discuss it with your doctor first.

and Coconut Oil is contraindicated for those with hypertension / high blood pressure! But if you suffer from low blood pressure, this is a great remedy for you.
