Ok, good. I'm taking them because one of the books I'm reading got me really interested in enzymes. I've taken them before and only do it off and on depending on what I eat. If I eat something not so good for me then that's usually when I will use them. Do you know if it's ok to use them while pregnant? I'm freaking out right now because I haven't started my period yet and may be pregnant. Despite the fact that we used "protection."
