Forget about diets, they're foolishly based on calorie reduction. Calories are units of energy. The body needs calories in order to be healthy. People that believe calories are unhealthy are wrong, doctors who believe calories are not good for the body are wrong.

Because you work out, you need EXTRA calories (you will burn them off, but they are the FUEL of health). You will lose weight by eating healthy and going to the bathroom and getting rid of food after it has been digested well (ideally 3 times a day), but you need CALORIES (everybody who believes anything to the contrary is WRONG).

Eat easy to digest food (digestion drains a lot of energy from the body). Sardines are very healthy (VERY), small mercury content, one tin three times a week. Cottage cheese is high in protein and usually has the digestive cultures we need for better digestion (yogurt and kefir also). Vegetable juices can be so healthy I have temporarily stopped eating solid food (super nutrition). Half your body weight (lbs.)in ounces of water every day (200 lbs.-100 ounces) is necessary for health and proper digestion. Minerals and electrolytes are very important.


Do not drink diet sodas or eat anything that has artificial flavor enhancers. Aspartame is deadly. It deteriorates the myelin sheath in the brain and has been known to cause heart arrythmia (sudden cardiac failure).
