There has been a lot of talk lately in women's magazines and on the Internet that lemonade can prevent kidney stones. I have a feeling your kidneys are reaping the benefits of a good cleansing with the healthiest "lemonade" of all. You may very well be having some gravel and sludge being removed from the kidneys. I would not worry about this unless you develop severe pain or come down with a high fever that might indicate a dislodged stone or an infection. All that liquid is probably good for you; but do not overdo it and create more stress on the kidneys.
