From what I have read, Moreless would have a conniption fit if you linked Lugol's Solution with his drink, he is against its use and says to use kelp instead. Would you also use kelp in the drink?

The real key is getting the proper, healthy amount of Iodine in your diet. If you like the drink try it. The M/L drink caused me a lot of problems including excruciating pain, so I admit to being somewhat wary of recommending it. But, the choice is yours. I use grape juice to put my Lugol's in, I believe its a healthy drink full of natural anti-oxidants.
