coffee enema's have been my saving grace, with overall detoxing, health and well being. i just started them about 5 days ago and i do them every evening after work. my liver was in desperate need of some cleansing and "cross my fingers" i am seeing HUGE results in more ways than one. i will post my progress soon...i don't want to jinx anything.

but as for the Iodine detox, i definitely noticed a direct correlation in relief of symptoms after doing a coffee enema. they are completely safe and i HIGHLY recommend them to everyone out there, especially throughout the Iodine treatment. they are well worth the results, and after you do one or two they become a breeze! i have it down to a Science already and i have only been doing them a little less than a week! i may even up them to twice daily as time permits.
