I'm coming over from the yahoo Iodine group and just saw Unyquity's post a few days ago about using coffee enemas to help get over the detox symptoms.

I've just recently started experimenting also using coffee enemas 1-2 times a day after upping my Iodine from 50 to 100mgs. I really think this is helping a lot.
I'd love to hear some other thoughts/experiences on this to keep the stuff moving through the liver.
