Just wondering if anyone has had success with it. Rolfing is a deep tissue massagealledgedly breaking up connective tissue and allowing the body to reconstitute itself in a more integrated and aligned way. I was thinking of trying out a massage therapist until I ran accross rolfing. My muscles are very tight on my right side and it feels like it the muscles are pulling on my right hip. I have pain in my right hip and leg. All opinions welcome.
