Iv'e been doing this for years but haven't used it with DMSO yet. Right now I have a sprayer that puts out a very fine mist. Almost as good as a nebulizer. I just did it last night. Felt like a cold starting or an allergy. What ever it was it just went away. It's better to nip it in the bud, otherwise your lung tissue will suffer damage, requiring time to heal. I use home made 20 ppm, mostly ionic or close.
