This fruity-sour seasoning comes from the large broad bean pod of a tropical tree native to India. The brown pulp is scrapped from the pods, dried and sold. But as you can see, they say they have it in raw, powdered & concentrated.

Of course, I'm assuming this is NON organic (and as such would probably be laden with toxins -especially in India-) but at this point, I'm FAR more concerned about the fluoride.
