the water retention thing has been going on for a long time

it started years ago, during my second master cleanse

instead of flushing my system, I'd get bloated

I stopped doing master cleanse because of it

last few years it's been happening with enemas too

the first couple of bags come out just fine, but on the third and fourth ones I start retaining the solution
