I just got this today, and haven't made any silver with it yet. But I wanted to make sure it was a good silver maker, as good as the Silver Pulser anyway? Also, where is the best(cheapest) place to buy a Colloidal Silver meter So I know I'm doing it right?

The instruction manual says 15-20 minutes to make Colloidal Silver with it, when everyone around here suggests several hours.
