First thing, you need to get some proper testing done so you know what needs to be treated. The best place I've found with lots of good info on thyroid and adrenal issues is

You can find out on there what tests you need to have done and there are great mods on there that will answer any questions you have. Sounds like you might have a candida issue and that can stem from untreated hypo, thats how I got it. You can find all you need to about treating it here on curezone on the Candida Forum .
