Blending generaly doesnt raise the temp. high enough to destroy enzymes.Highpower blenders 2hp and up take 20-50 seconds of time to get the job done.Prep is about 2min. and so is cleanup.Blenders and juicers are tools for health enhancement.Theres always room for another power tool to make life easier.
