Check the castor oil forum; I have used it for various things and really believe it works. I read there that people have cured their moles with the castor oil; some have used a combination of castor oil and baking soda, but I wouldn't recommend the baking soda at this point because it can be a bit caustic and it sounds like your spots need a soothing touch.
