Perhaps you should get your mind off yourself and think about factors that affect all of humanity. Personally, if you can figure out a way, I will take all your little spots if you will agree to take my crippled legs and 24/7 pain. I am sure those with cancer, MS,diabetes, heart disease and other painful and chronic conditions would trade places with you too.

I know you feel your problem is the most important thing in the world, but I doubt most people pay much attention to your spots. Most people are not so shallow as to focus solely on another's appearance. Iodine may or may not work, those spots may be part of your genetic make up and you will need to learn to live with them, it sounds like they will keep coming back no matter what you do. When you learn to accept and respect yourself as you are, others will do the same. Please try and have more respect and concern for other people and their problems, and perhaps you will see how blessed you actually are.
