well I have discontinued the use of bht because I am now geting good results from taking 8-12 grams of sodium ascorbate daily alone along with ozonated water
I take 2-3 4gram doses of sodium ascorbate daily and at night before I go to sleep I drink 24 oz of ozonated water....
I call it the kill n clean
what I noticed was that the vitamin c kills alot of the virus but for some reason its not eliminated from the body that well,...even when I drank alot of water I still had some die off floating around in the body.
taking ozonated water seemed to increase elimination and got rid of all die off symptoms,..which is why I call it a kill n clean.
I make my own because premixed sodium ascorbate tends to be mixed wrong and the sodium bicabonate settles to the bottom making the dose acidic.
I pour about 16 oz of water and mix 1 teaspoon of vitamin c powder(4grams) and a half a teaspoon of Bobs Red Mill baking soda.(aluminum free)
a general rule of thumb is for every gram of vitamin c you need 124mg. of baking soda to alkalize it according to bronson labs.
am I having better reults than the bht?,..well it seems that way so far,..kind of early to give a good opinion on that...but I feel better/healthier on vitamin c than bht,..at times I would have stomach cramps or slight vertigo on bht.
only thing is that its water based so if you miss a day or dont take it for awhile you'll feel sluggish/fatigued and your right back where you started unlike bht that seems to have a longer lasting effect.
try the two and see what works best for you is all I can suggest.
but give each one at least 2-3 weeks to really see the results.
