I should've read up more on it, but that's not my nature. Jump and then look.
Has anyone else taken 35% food grade HP?
I just put 3 drops in a glass of water and drank it. I didn't mix it. It feels like it's burning down to my chest.
I'm sure I'm just panicing because I saw my fingers burnt white where some accidently got on them and I'm thinking about what's happening to my insides!
What can I do now? I drank about a gallon of water and took psylium and benonite with a little yogurt.
