Sunflowers (what a lovely name)

I was interested in finding out what a Cardinal bird looked like (wow - beautiful), as I too have bird feeders and love to watch them feed.

It seems there are some symbolics concerning re-awakening and transformation. How wonderful for you!

I remember 2 summers back when I was on a meditation retreat, a baby bird flew into my window. It just waited there to be released. I felt it was symbolic of being able to be courageous even when one feels insignificant or small amongst others one deems more important or more powerful.

There is a blessing here for you I'm sure.
