I think this is a good product... I used the Comfrey in an herbal potion I took for a while...

hawthorn
cayenne
turmeric
comfrey
and a few drops of oregano oil

All in water... not the most pleasant tasting concoction, but it worked.

One thing I forgot to put in my post above is that I used cayenne and hawthorn to help lower my BP... I still take cayenne every day, and the turmeric a few times a week. I use the oregano oil when I oil pull every morning.

Once I started the Iodine it seemed to make enough of a difference I felt compelled to discontinue the tonic... interesting.
