Alrighty then! 3 years ago, I did a 28 day master cleanse with some amazing results. Now I'm back! I can't believe that it's taken me 3 years to do another long fast, but here we are!

I had a pinched nerve and had to go on oxycodone and naproxen. Within 2 weeks, I was getting signs that my liver wasn't happy (reflux, according to chinese medicine, is an indicator of liver issues). I decided to go off of the meds and start a cleanse to make my liver happy again. Here I am!

I had such great results from the last long fast, that I thought I'd try for a long one this time. The most important effect of the last fast was that I released over 100 gall/ liver stones . That was amazing to me, and without an official liver cleanse!

Anyway, we'll see how this goes. No big issues on this fast so far. Standard headaches and fatigue, but I exercised today, which is the first time I could because I had enough functioning in my leg (pinched nerve).

On to toughing out the easter weekend!
