I do have allergies to diary milk, chillies, certain sea foods, house dust etc. With the ongoing flushes & kidney cleanse I'm covering things from that angle but read somewhere that the immune system can still continue producing antibodies to the allergens & that it needs to be perswiaded to stop doing that!
