I have also done about 13 LF's and I feel horrible. I would assume that my elimination is not working as goood as it could but for me, If I do another Liver-Flush even while cleansing colon, kidneys, lymph, lungs etc, I know that I will get really toxic and sickly again. Maybe there's something here we are missing or not doing right...
