My husband had an infected, ingrown toenail. I told him to soak it in hot water with Epsom Salts . After that, he applied castor oil by soaking a cotton ball in CO and taping it to his toenail area with a bandaid. Today the infection is gone! No more throbbing, no redness, no pain.

My son got a big bump on his head from the playground slide. We applied CO in the same manner. In the morning the bump was gone. He had tenderness in the area to touch, but no bump.

I am treated my uterine fibroids with occasional CO packs. I only tried this twice, so I could be doing a better job. I had an ultrasound two months ago that showed a "large" fibroid and a smaller fibroid. Yesterday I had another ultrasound that showed two "very small" fibroids. I will also try supplementing with iodine.
