Not really aimed at your post. I post this every so often since lots of folks don't have a clue what any of this is about and think this is just some weight loss magic bullet. It s actually a cut and paste from the actual FAQs for this forum. If you haven't read the FAQs you should. Lots of good info there

Since we had a curezone black out over the weekend and looks like we lost several pages worths of posts I just thought it was time to post it again. You will see by the inordinate amount of hits this post will get that there are lots of lurkers that come here thinking this is some kinda weight loss "diet"
