and I was SO stoked to have a really kick ass vegan quesadilla. Effers put milk in RICE cheese. Now how does that make sense? " 'kay, so we're going to have a non milk product and put MILK in it."

returned the unopened packages and now have some non grated cheddar non cheese (vegan!)

dang. I need to find more vegan cheese options.
