You should really think about cleansing your body, I have found that this really helps with any kind of situation. Start with a colon cleanse, i used a product called Oxypowder . You can find more information about it here:

Also, a liver gallbladder flush would be a good idea as well, as it filters the impurity's out of your body. Then think about a kidney flush, this should also help as well. these are many steps, but you will feel like a totally different person when your done.
