I was alkalizing and detoxing my body 15 years ago. I started doing idoine 2 months ago. I see no improvement in my health because I am already in great health. It will take a year at least or I my never see any improvement. How can I preach the benefits when I haven't seen the results. I can preach a whole food diet, some exercise, detoxing the colon, liver and other organs. And last but not least, some form of stress relief.

I juice green veggies, rebound, and sauna every day I can. I have done flushes and colonics. I do skilled relaxcation every day. Idoine supplamentation is a small part of what I do. Do I care if people look at me like I have two heads? Nope! Haven't for a long time. If they ask me why I feel so good every day, I will tell them. But most don't ask
