Hey brejean,

Great to hear that you are starting your cleanse at the same time as me. I only planned to do it for 10 days, but now that I am on day 2 and feeling pretty great, I think I might want to stretch it out longer. My only concern is figuring out how I can work the morning SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with my work schedule. Maybe we can check in with each other now and then. Good luck to you, and keep in touch.
