I just found a paragraph about it in the LOA book:
"If you go to a horror movie, and as you are sitting there in the theater with a friend, looking at the screen and all of the fightening detail that is being offered with the color and the sounds, you are, at that time, in a NEGATIVE (CREATIVE) WORKSHOP. For as you are envisioning all the you do NOT want to see, the emotion that you are feeling is you Inner Being saying to you, You are seeing something that is is vivid that the Univerese in now offering power unto it."
