I don't see how it could possibly help with moles. It is primarily beneficial as an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant and a transdermal (bodybuilders use it to drag hormones through the skin). That said, I'm kind of scared of the stuff. Who knows what u might drag through your skin if you are not careful. For example, don't let it touch rubber first! And make sure u get really pure stuff if u do decide to use it.
