thanks for your reply, do you know where i might purchase distilled water......would i buy it at a pharmacy or healthfood shop maybe? and if i couldn't get hold of it then could i use bottled water instead? also i'm a little nervous of doing my first enema so does anyone have any good tips (other than the instructions i received with the kit). also i'm starting a 30 day juice fast on wednesday and i wondered when and how often i need to use the enema kit ie do i use it morning or evening and is it every day or every other etc. any help would be greatly appreciated :)
