Wow! Thanks so much. I agree die off really isnt the right term here. Its more of a detox. I'll probably back off the dose a little. I'm also going to start taking the Lugols at night so I can sleep through most of the "drama" going on inside my body. I used to be a landscaper and brought gallons of frozen tap water with me to work to drink. I started that when I was 12 years old part time with my stepdad and I then think about all the tap water kool-aid and sodas I've drank over the years. It disgusts me. My family thought I was wierd when I purposly moved to a place with well water. I didnt want to bathe my kids in that poison anymore. I dont want them to have to go through this. Anyhows, thanks for the info.
