following give me relief from severe eczema and might be helpful for you.

Using a filter for both shower or bath water is a must
caster oil pack with hot water bottle is a fabulous cleanse for me
I don't use clorine bleach and use mild laundry detergent(when staying at someones house or hotel, I bring my own towels)
I use glycerine soaps or doctor bronners
I take fish oil, flax, coconut oil and take black seed oil
cut on my dairy
Use my dishwasher instead of washing by hand
