Hi Everyone,

Today is the first day of my Master-Cleanse cleanse, and so far I'm feeling great. I like the taste of the lemonade, and even the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) isn't bad. I have a question, I did the swf this morning, and when I went to the bathroom, I passed what looked like a liver stone, does the mc cleanse flush the liver also? Oh, and also I couldn't find any organic limes, I picked up a few regular limes at the whole foods store, would it be okay to use them? I'm taking it one day at a time, but I like to go 40 days, I hope this isn't to aggressive, since this is my first mc cleanse.
