Yes, it sounds normal, and your energy levels will rocket later in the day, don't worry. By tomorrow you should feel really energetic and in a great mood! Right now you're probably zonked.

My first flush produced 78 stones. Every flush produced stones, but on average the number of stones coming out is increasing. My last flush, #13, produced 406 stones.

The first flush tends to clear out the "logjam" and after that you get wildly different number of stones depending on diet, preparation, procedure, and the level of stones which moves forward to be ejected.

Everyone is different, and every flush is different for every person.

If you want to reduce the burning sensation as toxins come out, try sticking to a mostly vegetarian diet a few days before. I've experimented with food combination and it seems to help.
