i wonder if a friend who is prematurely gray is so b/c of years of Li.

many doctors recommend small doses of Li for everyone, not just the mentally ill.

i wonder where you get the Li mentioned here -- not the Rx kind. There is encapsulated Li as opposed to tablet form and I wonder if that is the kind recommended here.
