It's obvious you've tried everything and have spent thousands of dollars. If I were you and I was contemplating suicide, I would at least try hypnosis. Hypnosis can do amazing things IF you have the right hypnotist that's qualified. Go to forum.hypnosis.com and ask there if anyone can help you. You have to at least try it if you're that desperate! It may surprise you.
