Hi MH,
I am getting ready to see my chiropractor next week. I have a question. Earlier this week I was out walking all afternoon in the woods in the snow and my back could really feel it. When i woke up that night and then the next day my hands felt like they were asleep - the circulation was bad to them. I shook them for a few minutes and they returned to normal. It happened the next night too. Now I have allergies (especially food) that can cause me circulation problems, but my hunch was that my back being slightly out of whack could have caused this. What is your experience/opinion on spine alighnment and circulation?
