Experiencing a good slice of the above-- both my own and my wife's vicariously --

-- and I can say it is all worth it!

Part of my work professionally is as a technogeek troubleshooter. I fancy that I have learned that-- sometimes you just need to 'go for it' and then 'fine tune' as you go. But of course-- not lose sight of the overall thing you are trying to do, and that is why a positive sharing is really edifying here...

I have adjusted my dosage and opted more for the topical on my belly at night and am feeling back up to par without having to stop. Also doing the salt water thing w/ the sodium and the potassium chloride in R.O. water.
