well..oh...about 8 months of knowing i needed to....i finally did my first Liver Flush last night. i followed andrea moritz method. i took my Epsom Salt 6pm adn again 8pm by 9.30pm i had about 3 bm's (but pea). i managed to get down my olive oil concoction at 10pm in bed straight away. didnt sleep very well at all, up at 3am on toilet and saw about 10 little pea green stones. had a few more bm's early hours of the am with around 15-20 stones in each . took my morning Epsom Salt at 7am (meant to be 6am but i finally fell asleep around 5am and couldnt wake at 6am). final dose of epsom at 9am. in all i guess around 60 small stones eliminated. i was hoping for more but at least i got some. i wasnt so great on the apple juice beforehand so maybe this impacted the flush and also i was a bit late on Epsom Salt dose in morning. but right now i feel ok i thought i was havign another gallbladder attack about 30minutes ago but so far it seems to have calmed down. so is this a normal amount of stones to pass first time??? they where all very small and all that bile green color.
