I don't want to start anything but I was a veggie as well and now let the cows chew all day, regurgitate and chew again, then pass the medium-rare Prime Rib :)

Anyhow, IMO the biggest problem is stopping the veggie cycle and eating meat again, the digestives needed are dormant and this is what turns most off from eating meat again.
