you dont have to go into hiding lol. all the doctor is saying is that if you do not pick at your lips at all, they will eventually slow down the accelerated cell regeneration. So in other words do everything you can to peel them without picking at them. get them soaking wet, put chicken shit on them for all i care. just dont pick.
