I'm continuing with the iodine, but I'm exhibiting more wisdom at this juncture.

I know where you're coming from. Consuming such an amount of Iodine is like diving off head first into the lake and not knowing what boulders may lie under the surface. As I previously said in a post, my own experience with Iodine those many years ago vividly plays today in my memory.
