only because that is where I react.

Past and/or present reactions in ME:

Itchy throat
Sinuses shut down totally (BOTH nostrils)
Eyes swell shut
Lump in throat

I also get a reaction if I eat flaxseed! If I chew cereal with flax in it, I get awful mouth swelling and/or itchiness.

If, however, I put flax in a capsule, where it doesn't touch my mouth, I have no problem.

Iodine is truly the answer to my problem - but we have been SO deficient for SO long, that we must go slow.
