I'm actually doing colon hydrotherapy sessions right now, I bought 10 sessions and am doing them on a daily basis (I've done 4 so far).

The therapist there has recommended me to do Liver Flushes as well, but she said that I can't do them until after 40+ sessions?? Is this true??

Also, the kidney flushes and Liver Flushes seem very similar to me, can I skip the kidney flush and go straight to a liver flush?

I also bought the humaworm pills, but I'm not sure which order I should be doing things in. I'm also going to a chinese doctor for chinese herbal medicine right now so I'm not sure if that will clash with the humaworm pills or Liver Flushes and my colon hydrotherapy sessions.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I should be doing after the hydrotherapy sessions? Also, should I even continue to be doing these sessions after my 10 session are up? The therapist there recommends me to keep doing it at least twice a week (daily if my eczema flares up), but I'm wondering if taking laxatives will help instead?
